Whenever you successfully complete an online order, you’ll be taken to a screen with your Order Confirmation number. You’ll also be sent an email with the same details. Select the reason for the cancellation and click Cancel Order. When an order is cancelled, the pre-authorization is immediately released by Costco.com and removed from your financial account based on the policies of the card. For more information on those policies, please contact the credit card company/bank.

Retrieving your order history is simple! Just head over to Costco.com and select Orders & Returns near the top of the page. Log in using your email address and password. Once in Orders & Purchases, select the time period you want to view. Voilà! You can see all orders placed within the last two years (in six month increments).

If you’d like to track your order, follow these simple steps: Select Orders & Returns on the Costco.com homepage and sign in using your email address and password. If you’re already signed in, you can also visit Orders & Purchases in your Costco.com Account. Select the View Order Details button next to the order you’d like to track.
