IN Waffle House/Sunshine had a full diner menu whereas Waffle House is typically narrowly focused on breakfast foods that are cheap, quick, and plentiful. National Waffle House are also usually very small, probably to encourage turnover and discourage lounging.

I'm pretty certain all locations are either closed (RIP Bloomington Waffle House) or operating under a different name When I was a kid, we went to a Sunshine Cafe near 56/Georgetown.
