Aug 2, 2022 · If you hunt migratory waterfowl and you are 16 years of age or older, you are required to purchase and carry a current Federal Duck Stamp or E-Stamp. Federal Duck Stamps are valid from July 1 through the following June 30.

Sep 1, 2017 · From what I understand, the purchase of the e-stamp counts as a regular stamp until your physical copy arrives. And according to the website, you can use any state and it will count. I live in Virginia and have done that before. It looks like a regular license but under the things purchased, it just says federal stamp I believe.

Jun 30, 2024 · Heres your friendly reminder to go buy your 2024 Federal Duck stamp if you are able! Even if you don't duck hunt you should buy one anyways. The money goes to a lot of great conservation work throughout north america. I do believe they go on sale July 1st.

It says its temporary until you receive the hard copy but I assume it would work all through hunting season if say the actual stamp was lost or if you never received the actual stamp. Would prolly just need to call the dnr to verify. Edit: Guess it does have a 30 days experation, I just looked at my PDF for my licenses.

I want to go duck hunting with my buddy who doesn't have his. Can I buy him a second one, so long as he signs it across the face? Or is that a "straw purchase" of sorts?

I'm playing with the idea of taking a trip out to somewhere on the central flyway later in the year. I've got a FL license and stamp. Would I need to get another stamp to go with wherever I travel to (naturally I'd be getting all the state level stuff)?
