Andrew is a founding partner who represents healthcare providers in virtually all medical specialty fields as well as many of the most prestigious hospitals in the New York metropolitan area. He also represents a number of well-known medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Prior to joining MSSSV as a partner, Andrew defended insurance related claims for almost 30 years at a prominent Manhattan firm. He focuses his practice areas on the defense of complex and high exposure accident cases and appellate practice.

Andrew Kaufman is of counsel to the Firm’s Corporate Group, focusing his practice principally in the areas of debt financing and secured transactions, leasing, structured financings, workouts and reorganizations, general corporate practice, and transactional legal opinion practice.

Andrew M. Kaufman represents clients across industries in a wide array of litigation matters in state and federal courts nationwide. His practice includes products liability, consumer fraud, securities, financial services, commercial real estate, and bankruptcy litigation.

Andrew Kaufman is a partner in our Nashville office. Prior to joining Lieff Cabraser, Andrew was a law clerk for Judge Martha Craig Daughtrey in Nashville and Judge Stephen Glickman in Washington D.C., and a fellow at Public Citizen Litigation Group.
