HOUSTON (Gray News) – A car being improperly towed by an SUV caused a dangerous situation on a highway in Houston on Tuesday. Video of the incident shows a white SUV pulling a blue sedan by a chain.

According to KTRK, police said the blue sedan broke down, and the driver and his girlfriend said they did not have money to call a tow truck, so they towed the vehicle themselves by using a chain.
