In The Voice Season 27, the competition was cut down to the top competitors, with Jaelen Johnston finishing second and Renzo finishing third.
After being brought back from elimination on Monday night, Johnston was voted into the finale by the viewing public.
During his first performance of the night, which was an up-tempo song, Jaelen sang What Was I Thinkin' by Dierks Bentley. Despite his best efforts, Jaelen became nervous, forgetting an entire line of the song. However, he continued by mumbling through the mishap, unwilling to stop the performance.
The season 27 finalists included Adam David, Jadyn Cree, Jaelen Johnston, Lucia Flores Wiseman and RENZO Congratulations are in order for Adam David! On Tuesday, May 20, David was crowned the winner of season 27 of The Voice.
Jaelen Johnston, eliminated from the NBC singing competition two weeks ago, was brought back on Monday. But to have a chance, he’ll need people to vote quickly.
