That victory vaulted him up and into the top 50 of the FedEx Cup standings, where he remained for the rest of the season. He even made it to East Lake for the Tour Championship, his first time doing so.

It's the first albatross on tour in 2025, and it boosted Pendrith from 17 under to 20 under for the tournament. He added a birdie on 8, and as of current writing, he's playing No. 12 and tied for fourth place—well behind Hideki Matsuyama—but set up for a nice payday nonetheless, and gaining three strokes on a single hole certainly helped his cause.
