A former jail on a South Bronx barge is slated to be dismantled to make way for the planned Hunts Point Marine Terminal.

The small outdoor layout robot, called CivDot, allows for automated layout of survey points with a high degree of precision.

The facility is part of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s $10-billion Midtown Bus Terminal Redevelopment Program.

Residential and non-residential spending both experienced yearly and monthly declines, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
