More aftermath from the fatal “Rust” shooting unfolds as the “Glengarry Glen Ross” actor looks to clear his name

A New Mexico judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by actor Alec Baldwin for malicious prosecution in the fatal shooting of a cinematographer on the set of the Western movie “Rust.”

Alec Baldwin sued prosecutors and law enforcement officials after they charged him with manslaughter. Now, a judge is throwing out the lawsuit.
