A 2-year-old boy was shot in the shoulder Monday night in North Philadelphia, police said. The child was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he is in stable condition, according to police. The shooting happened on the 2000 block of North 21st Street at around 8:10 p.m., police said.

Fort Worth police said a 19-year-old and one other victim were killed, and two injured patients were taken to hospitals.
