An attorney disciplinary board is recommending White House official Jeffrey Clark be stripped of his Washington, D.C., law license over his involvement in efforts to overturn the 2020 election for President Donald Trump.

Jeffrey Clark played a key role in Donald Trump's 2020 plot. Now, the lawyer is moving closer to being held accountable — possibly through disbarment.

The ruling is based on Clark’s effort to pressure DOJ leaders to issue a false statement that there was evidence of significant election fraud.
