Gov. Ron DeSantis stopped at a Panama City marina to sign a bill that prohibits law enforcement from stopping boaters without probable cause.

Starting in July, laws on the water will be changing. Law enforcement will no longer be able to pull a boater over without probable cause or a suspected violation.
