Women make up about 10% of Singapore’s prison population. And inside the walls of Institution A4, at the Changi Prison Complex, are about 800 female inmates, incarcerated for various offences.

Told through the stories of six women, the three-part documentary reveals their struggles with incarceration and to stay out of prison, and the emotional toll of separation from their families.
