Two East Bay shopping centers that are each have a Safeway as an anchor have been bought in separate deals for a combined $88.9 million.

Brent Celek was part of the Super Bowl-winning Philadelphia Eagles in 2018. The former tight end is now the owner of Chalfont Village Shopping Center.
