The Hamilton County Adult Probation Department is launching a new risk-based supervision model after years of development.

A 47-year-old woman claimed her probation officer, who is no longer employed by the state, pressured her for sexual favors.

It has been a little more than a year since a criminal and civil case revealed a host of problems at the once-promising facility.
