At 9:45 p.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service issued an updated flood warning in effect until Tuesday at midnight for Lycoming County.

On Tuesday at 10:54 a.m. a flood watch was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 2 p.m. until Wednesday 8 a.m. for Northern Lycoming as well as Tioga and Sullivan counties.
