A Solana Beach dog groomer who pleaded guilty to attempting to sexually assault a 75-year-old woman inside her home near the Torrey Highlands was sentenced Monday to five years in state prison.
The judge also ordered that any potential fines be waived and instead directed that those funds be used as restitution for the victim, should any be applicable.
