Pearland's average home value is currently over $365,000, according to the Zillow's home values index, but the suburb south of Houston also has several million-dollar luxury properties on the market.

Pearland swelled to nearly 126,000 residents in 2020, up 39 percent from 91,250 in 2010, according to the U.S. Census Bureau and the Pearland Economic Development Corp.
