Decorate your packages with these cute cutouts, then save them for hanging on the Christmas tree. Trace and cut holiday shapes out of cards or scrapbook paper ... one 4x1-inch strip, two 5x1 ...

If you are using A4 paper you will probably need 2 - 3 sheets. If you want long fringing make the strips extra chunky. If one strip runs out, tape it down and start a new one on the same spot.
