Daniel Robles, 15, was identified as the victim in Friday’s shooting in the 2500 block of Las Vegas Boulevard North, Clark County officials said Wednesday.

The blood drive is a friendly yet meaningful competition between North Las Vegas police officers and firefighters to see who can rally the most blood donations for the Red Cross of Southern Nevada.
