Mark Powell was sworn-in as judge on the County Court of Common Pleas. He stepped down as county district attorney after the governor nominated him and the senate confirmed him this week.

Powell: I received my undergraduate degree from Villanova University, my law degree from Catholic University and my Master of Laws degree, with honors, in trial advocacy from Temple University.
