St. Ludmila’s Kolach festival returns to Cedar Rapids Despite the weekend’s high heat index, organizers are looking forward to holding the annual celebration.

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - Hundreds of volunteers will be out in force over the weekend to celebrate the annual Kolach Festival at St. Ludmila’s Catholic Church.
