The family of an 8-year-old boy who was struck by a school bus in Jamaica Plain has filed a lawsuit accusing the bus company of gross negligence.

A Boston Public Schools bus driver lost control of his vehicle, running over an 8-year-old student at Curley K-8 Lower School in December 2024.
