Travis and Amber Feltner were driving near Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center when the suspect crashed into them.

WYMT did reach out to both Chase Towing LLC and Blackhawk Mining LLC for a statement regarding the lawsuit, but have not hear back from either.
