1. Tap the "Overview" button in the bottom-right corner of your screen. 2. Select which open app you want to screenshot and tap the "Screenshot" icon, which looks like a small phone.

You can still add it as an icon. After going to the website via Safari, tap the Share menu button. In the menu, scroll down and select Add to Home Screen.
