The shadow Public Service minister says a plan tabled in Parliament seeking to reduce the number of lawmakers from 529 to 260 and Cabinet ministers from 82 to 21 will stand Uganda in good stead.

I'm afraid we have an economically illiterate cabinet who haven't ever run a business, running our country into the ground, whilst reaping the benefits of their position. Happy April Fool's Day.
