Greene Memorial will become the fourth hospital in Premier's network, joining Miami Valley, Good Samaritan and Middletown Regional hospitals. Premier is building a replacement hospital in Middletown.

The Greene Medical Arts building, a former hospital, was acquired in 2005 for use as a medical arts building and a nursing home by Columbia Memorial Hospital.
