Created by a Spokane artist, the sculpture is located at the CDA Wastewater Treatment Facility and aims to raise awareness about the wastewater treatment process.

Coeur d'Alene Councilmember Amy Evans will emcee the event, with Mayor Woody McEvers sharing remarks about the sculpture's namesake, Haldo Sidney "Sid" Frederickson IV.
