You’ll need two Stonesword Keys to unlock the entrance. Elden Ring Spiritcaller’s Cave Walkthrough Enter the tunnel and you’ll reach a dark cave covered with cave moss plants.

Fly down to 21.8 Latitude and 42.0 Longitude to find the cave entrance. This will be a long and dark cave, so take a light source.

Sprint and jump down toward the cave to access the secret area. Walk to the cliff's edge and look across to the cave entrance in the wall, checking for a lit torch if visibility is low.
