Bitcoin was falling on Friday even with major regulatory developments for the crypto industry underway in the U.S. The Securities and Exchange Commission also dismissed its lawsuit against crypto exchange Binance according to a court filing Thursday,

The global crypto market cap stood at $3.35 trillion at the time of writing, registering a 24-hour dip of 2.01 percent. Bitcoin price stood at $106,217, registering a 24-hour jump of 1.30 percent, as per CoinMarketCap. According to Indian exchanges, BTC price stood at Rs 92.98 lakh.

Bitcoin nearly touched $104K and crypto prices are broadly down Friday, yielding a surge in liquidations on long positions.
