The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom house was mostly constructed in 2018 — except for the parts that were built in 1940.

The house is one of the grande dames of Chevy Chase Village, Md. When the center-hall Colonial Revival manor was built, back in 1909, the plans for it were featured in The Washington Post.
