California wildfires continue with dry conditions and powerful winds —which are due to last through Friday — fueling at least five fires.

As many as six fires burned in the Los Angeles area at a time, including two larger fires in the Pacific Palisades and Altadena neighborhoods. The Palisades Fire has burned at least 5,300 structures.
