Mohamed Sabry Soliman, an Egyptian man in the US illegally, charged with hate crime for Boulder attack using Molotov cocktails at a pro-Israel event, injuring eight.

Following Sunday's antisemitic attack in Boulder, the Jewish community has come together to support each other, and one of the places that's been an anchor is the Boulder Jewish Community Center. Christian faith leaders gathered at the site of the Boulder terror attack to pray and show solidarity with the city's Jewish community.

A man has been charged with terrorism offences, as well as arson attacks on two leisure venues and a bomb hoax. Ilyas Akhtar is accused of one count of preparing terrorist acts and one of possessing information that could be used for an attack.

While evidence is being collected, local police confirmed there was a group of people holding a peaceful demonstration in support of freeing Israeli hostages.

Paperwork that reads "USAID" was found inside the car of Mohamed Sabry Soliman, who's accused of throwing explosives at pro-Israel protesters in Boulder, Colorado.

Soliman – who shouted “Free Palestine” after the attack – stood behind a transparent partition in court Thursday as the charges were announced.

The Israeli military says it has killed the leader of a Palestinian militant group that took part in the October 7, 2023, terror attacks on southern Israel.
