Ryanair is seeking damages after it needed to pay for hotel accommodations and other expenses for 160 passengers.

Ryanair, Europe’s biggest airline, is going after unruly passengers on its flights and has filed for €15,000 ($15,400) in damages from a passenger who disrupted a flight last year.

Ryanair is pursuing legal action against a passenger who allegedly caused a major disruption on a flight from Dublin to Lanzarote. The airline is seeking £12,500 in damages to cover expenses incurred when the plane had to divert to Porto, Portugal.
