Cristiano Ronaldo says he’s almost certain he will not be playing at the Club World Cup. It deals a blow to FIFA president Gianni Infantino’s hopes of having one of soccer’s biggest attractions at the tournament starting June 14.

Ronaldo, who joined Al-Nassr back in 2022 following his public fall-out with Erik ten Hag at Manchester United, has been linked with a move to another SPL outfit, Al-Hilal, who will compete in this year’s Club World Cup.

Ronaldo is reported to have received offers from clubs all across the globe, even from Saudi rivals Al Hilal, and there were suggestions he could sign a short-term contract simply
