LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A plea deal has been reached in connection with a deadly Lexington shooting. Luis Ramos was facing a murder charge in the August 2024 death of Daquan Collins. According to court records, Ramos has since pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree manslaughter. The recommended sentence is 10 years.
