The Minnesota Timberwolves have had a standout year in the NBA, thanks in large part to Anthony Edwards. But the guard has also lost a fortune due to numerous fines.

But now, as the league transitions into a new era of basketball, many are starting to wonder who will be the next face of the league. According to popular rapper and die-hard hoops fan Fat Joe, Minnesota Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards is the clear frontrunner for that title.

Alexander, Denver’s Nikola Jokic and Milwaukee’s Giannis Antetokounmpo were the only players to appear on every MVP ballot this season. It only made sense that they would be unanimous All-NBA picks as well.

During his time suiting up for the Nets, Edwards wore only jersey No. 14 and put up 4.8 points and 3.0 rebounds per game.
