ATLANTA — Mercedes-Benz Stadium was the epicenter of the college football world Monday as it hosted the College Football Playoff National Championship between Ohio State and Notre Dame. The game features a plethora of stars as two of the sport’s most talented rosters meet head-to-head. The matchup also brought out stars off the field.

The CFP management committee announced the decision to hold the 2025 title game in Atlanta all the way back in 2022. The stadium, which opened in 2017, also hosted the 2018 title game.
