Delhi Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena has ordered investigations into Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit's allegations of surveillance and the large sums of cash transfers from Punjab ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections.

Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday (December 28) attacked the BJP and Congress and accused it of attempting to sabotage Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) welfare schemes.

Kejriwal lashed out at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) after the LG's letter. "Today we got to know that if they (BJP) win, they will stop the Mahila Samman Yojana, Sanjeevani Yojana, free electricity, free education and free electricity," the former Delhi Chief Minister said while addressing reporters.
