Shiloh Middle’s boys won the Georgia Middle School Track and Field Championships last Saturday at Parkview. Its girls team placed 13th in the meet, which featured 50 middle school teams.

“I realized a need to grow the event and make it a 5K,” said Shiloh Middle School Learning Lab Instructor and Cross Country head coach David Mealy, who is also a track and field coach.
