Sheinelle Jones is speaking out following the death of her husband, Uche Ojeh. The “Today” show co-host shared a post on her official Instagram account shortly after her colleagues announced the news on-air. “Thank you, for all of your love and support,” Jones, 47, wrote to her followers on Friday.

Uche Ojeh, husband of “Today” co-host Sheinelle Jones, has died following a battle with brain cancer.

“He was that dad that was on the sideline at every soccer game. He was at all the concerts, the recitals. He was that guy, and they had such a beautiful love story.”
