The in-season broadcasts usually begin airing on HBO in November and run through the end of the season. The crews will document meeting rooms, practices and games for the Eagles, Dallas Cowboys, Washington Commanders and New York Giants as they go through the rigors of the second half of the season.
The Giants will be back on ‘Hard Knocks’ this season after embarrassing themselves on the show’s offseason version in 2024.
Schoen, the man most scorned by HBO’s football docuseries, might have to be more reserved in 2025. Reported by Art Stapleton (and later announced by the league), the Giants will return to “Hard Knocks” for the 2025 season, joining their NFC East rivals for the in-season version of the show.
In 2025, the series will debut on a Tuesday in December on HBO and stream on Max. Subsequent episodes will air on Tuesdays through the end of the NFL regular season and continue into the NFL playoffs in January 2026 as the Giants, Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles, and Washington Commanders fight for control of the division.
