The second game of a three-game series between the San Diego Padres and Philadelphia Phillies was postponed on Tuesday because of inclement weather. The game will be made up as part of a split day/night doubleheader on Wednesday.

Hopefully Wednesday’s doubleheader between the Phillies and Padres ends earlier than the one they played exactly 32 years ago at Veterans Stadium. Tuesday night’s game between Philadelphia and San Diego at Citizens Bank Park was postponed because of rain.
