One lane of Blaine Road is open, according to Tillamook County Public Works. A crew with the Public Works Department is on their way to investigate, Emergency Management Director Randy Thorpe said.

On the coast, the emergency manager for Tillamook County, Randy Thorpe, said Tuesday morning alone the area saw 5 inches of rain. “It’s been raining continuously since last Friday,” Thorpe said.
