With the threat of closure for the Pixelle paper mill, hopes of saving it and rumors of who might do that are circulating.

Pixelle Specialty Solutions announced plans to close its Chillicothe paper mill last week. Now, it's delayed that closure until the end of the year as it searches for an interested buyer.
