A 46-year-old Bronx resident has been apprehended in the stabbing death of another man on a New York City subway train following a dispute over getting his shoes stepped on.

Duarte, 46, was just taken into custody for the deadly stabbing of 38-year-old John Sheldon at the Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall/Chambers Street station.
