Instead of Game 1 of the NBA Finals feeling like the biggest basketball event on Earth, fans watching on ESPN/ABC were met with a routine broadcast.  The league tried to address the issues for Game 2 on Sunday night but encountered even more criticism as fans implied a severe lack of creative effort from the networks.
