MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a wanted man. They are looking for 21-year-old Andrew N. Moreland, of McCracken County.

The Shelby County Jail is aging, has failing infrastructure and is overcrowded. The sheriff's office allowed reporters inside Feb. 11.
