Actress Kim Delaney, and her husband, James Morgan, who have been married for two years, have been arrested after an incident of big domestic violence that broke out between the two.

Former NYPD Blue star Kim Delaney was arrested on Saturday, March 29, on a charge of felony assault. TMZ first reported that police arrived at the home Delaney shares with her partner, James Morgan, around 10 a.m. Saturday morning. After both were checked for injuries they were each arrested — Morgan was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence.

Kim Delaney will not be facing any charges in relation to her March 29 arrest on suspicion of felony assault, a representative for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office confirmed to PEOPLE.
