A person was killed and two others were seriously injured Tuesday afternoon when a vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a tractor trailer on Rt. 31 in Hopewell Township, township police said. Police did not immediately identify the victim of the 12:07 p.m. crash, between Titus Mill and Hopewell Pennington roads.
